All headresses are designed & handmade by Debi for each individual client in her studio in Glasshoughton. As each item is made to order - you can have your headress made in the original sample colours of wire and stones/crystals etc or you can change them to co-ordinate with your colour scheme.

Wire is available in a choice of finish colours ie silver, gold, brass or coloured & there is a fantastic choice in swarovski crystal and semi-precious stone chips. If in doubt please contact Debi.

All headresses are designed & made to order by Debi so please order in enough time (eg for when needed for hair trial and not necessarily the date of the wedding). Please allow 4-6 weeks, shorter orders may be accomodated but an additional fee may be payable as I wil putting aside other work. Please telephone or email for an appointment if you prefer to see the anything in person (Please note; sample headdresses are not sent out for perusal).

You do not have to order a gown to be able to order a headress, cloak, eil or shoes- but please bear in mind that my schedule can be quite full at certain times with gown orders/fittings - so please order in plenty of time - if in doubt please telephone me on 07906 719326 to check.

Commissions & one-off designs Bookings for commission pieces are now being accepted. If you would like to combine different elements of 2 or more headresses or change the wire, crystal or stone colour/combinations or create a truly unique & oriignal one-off headress please contact Debi. (Please note I do not copy other designers/manufacturers work so please do not ask me to!)

Details required for order to be accepted Circlets - Head measurement taken in required position. Tiara's or Circlets - Wire colour(s) required ie Silver, Gold. Bronze or colour (NB all wire is either plated or enamelled - it is not real gold or silver!). Semi-precious stone chips preferred eg moonstone, rock crystal, garnet etcSwarovski crystal(s) colour/size/shape preferred eg as per orignal design/sample, round, teardrop, bi-cone etc. Any additional Bead(s) and/or findings used.

Payment
Strictly full payment in advance including postage – cheques need to be cleared before goods posted out so please allow at least 14 working days (ie Monday-Friday) for clearance. Cash, UK cheques, postal orders or direct bank payments are accepted in English pounds sterling. International Clients are responsible for any country/state taxes and payment is by either bank transfer or UK cheque via friends/family in the UK.

Postage & packing is additional and must be paid in advance – (UK Royal Mail Special Delivery £10.00)

Debi Lysaght will endeavor to create as accurate a headdress as possible from the sample collection but as each headdress is made by hand and therefore unique, differences may occur. Debi Lysaght will endeavor to find the nearest match in equivalent or cheaper materials but reserves the right to amend designs as necessary, eg if components are unavailable or discontinued. If alternative materials are more expensive then client to pay full additional costings.

Bespoke headdress orders ie customized to particular client requirements, are accepted at the discretion of Debi Lysaght, but may be subject to an additional design fee. All headresses are specially made to order and cannot be returned unless damaged in transit to client. Damage must be reported in writing (and confirmed by telephone call with Debi Lysaght) within 24hrs of receipt and a damage number obtained from Debi Lysaght - text messages are not accepted. Any items returned otherwise will not be accepted. No refunds will be given but the piece re-made. Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizing measurements eg for full head circlets. Debi Lysaght cannot be held responsible for incorrect fit if measurements are provided by the client.
